Introduce yourselves, converse, make new friends and develop those friendships at pre-arranged venues or locations. The organisers of this group include both speakers who speak both English and native Chinese — they love socialising, sharing culture and sharing ideas. 'Peace activist' Danny Lim fined for offensive behaviour against Tony Abbott
Danny Lim, 74, received an infringement notice for offensive behaviour. Police said he was arrested "briefly" because he was being "uncooperative". A video uploaded to Facebook by a member of the public shows three police officers manhandling Lim as he struggles. The Facebook user said they saw the officers "rip his sign from his back and arrest him while he was screaming for them to not take his sign". The user wrote that as two officers detained Lim, another took his dog and a number of people followed the officer to tell him that they were "appalled".
